Dr. Lusekelo Kasongwa is an accomplished academic and consultant specializing in Business and Economic Development, Accounting, and Finance. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (University of Dar es Salaam), an MSc in Management and Development of International Financial Systems (University of Glamorgan, UK), and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (Mzumbe University). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T), Dr. Kasongwa has led and contributed to numerous consultancy assignments across public and private sectors. His expertise spans strategic planning, financial management, risk analysis, institutional capacity building, and public–private partnerships (PPP). He is widely recognized for advancing evidence-based research, public sector innovation, and capacity development initiatives. Beyond consultancy, Dr. Kasongwa mentors emerging professionals and promotes sustainable economic transformation through thought leadership and collaboration.

Professor Ernest Kihanga is a distinguished academic, consultant, and executive leader with over 28 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, procurement, and public sector management. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Associate Professor, he has served in several key leadership positions at Mzumbe University, including Deputy Vice Chancellor (Planning, Finance and Administration) and Principal of Mbeya Campus College. His expertise spans cost-effectiveness analysis, procurement cost management, financial compliance audits, and governance enhancement. He has successfully led multiple consultancy assignments for public and private sector institutions, focusing on improving financial discipline, risk management, and operational efficiency. Beyond his consultancy work, Professor Kihanga is a respected scholar and mentor who has supervised over 200 Master’s students and several PhD candidates. His contributions continue to influence academic research, public financial management, and institutional leadership across Tanzania and beyond.
